Edward Thomas Keane age 83 of Cranford and Mountain Lakes, New Jersey and North Kingstown, Rhode Island and lately of Lincoln, Massachusetts died on Monday, December 21, 2009 after a brief illness.
Born in 1926, Edward was a veteran of World War II where he served in the United States Army Air Corps. He had a forty-five year career in sales and marketing for the microfilm industry with Eastman Kodak Company and Bell & Howell.
Edward's greatest love, the former Betty Marnell Kobylinski -- his wife of 59 years -- died in January 2009. He loved to travel and meet people, and especially enjoyed his friends, his grandchildren, jokes and tall tales, and, when Betty permitted, the company of a faithful dog.
Edward is survived by his daughter, Karen Marnell Keane of Lincoln, Massachusetts, his son Kerry Koby Keane of South Orange, NJ, and grandchildren Koby Jones Elias, Cyrus Keane Elias, Phelan Daniel Thatcher-Keane and Tallulah Maria Thatcher-Keane.
