Eleanor Margaret Sadlow

Eleanor Margaret (Buckle) Sadlow, age 89 of Concord passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Chester Francis Sadlow of Concord.

Eleanor was born in Arlington on August 22, 1928, educated in Arlington Schools and after high school she worked in the kitchen for local schools. She moved to Concord after marrying Chet Sadlow where they raised and educated their children. They were fortunate enough to find the place and build their dream home in Wells, Vermont where they lived for 20 years. They later returned to their home in Concord where they enjoyed their family and growing number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband Chet, Eleanor leaves her children, Karen Frances Peterson and her husband Allan of Maynard, Chester J. Sadlow and his wife Marcia of Concord and Kimberly Brandt and husband William of Bedford, N.H. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica Slayton, Michelle Doherty, Erica Operach as well as her great-grandchildren Nathan Operach, Brody Slayton, Brynn Slayton and Julia Operach. Eleanor was pre-deceased by her sisters, Dorothy Dunklee and Barbara Mandrioli.
