Flavia Marie (Marullo) Scalzo

Flavia Marie (Marullo) Scalzo age 92 of Stow passed away on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011 at Emerson Hospital, she was the beloved wife of Eugene F. Scalzo.

Also survived by her loving children, Marguerite Wengler and her husband James of Acton and Carolyn Rooney of W. Roxbury. Devoted grandmother of Jim Scalzo, Dale Wengler, Lauren Ferris, Dana and Christopher Rooney. Cherished great-grandmother of James R., Jacob, Emma, Christian and Camden Wengler. Also survived by her brothers, Jerome Marullo of FL and William Marullo of NY.

Family and friends will honor and remember Flavia’s life by gathering for calling hours in the Concord Funeral Home, 74 Belknap St., Concord on Tues. from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and again at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning before leaving in procession to St. Isidore Church, 429 Great Rd., (Rte. 117), Stow where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Stow.
