Gerald "Gerry" Cullinane

April 18, 1932 — August 12, 2009

Gerald “Gerry” Cullinane age 77 of Lexington passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Faye (Kroll) Cullinane.

Born in Cambridge on April 18, 1932 he was the son of the John and Mary A. (Burke) Cullinane, both Irish immigrants.

Raised and educated in Cambridge Gerry graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. He later enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a proud veteran.

He soon married and settled in Lexington. Gerry was employed for over 40 years with Hewlett-Packard Corporation as a facilities manager. Upon retirement he worked at the Concord Flower Shop as a driver for over 14 faithful years. His dedication and upbeat attitude will me missed by many.

During his spare time he especially enjoyed bingo, trips to Foxwoods, numerous local restaurants and spending time with his family.

Besides his wife he is survived by his son Scott Cullinane and his wife Terry of Hubbardston, his grandson Scott and step-grandchildren Gabrielle and William Alberts all of Hubbardston. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Hamilton of Concord, NH, Eleanor Lamphere of So. Boston and a brother Joseph Cullinane of Woburn as well several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late John Cullinane and Catherine O’Loughlin.
