Nicholi Jr. who she had met both in the hospital where they both worked as well as the church they both attended, 5th Presbyterian in New York City.
After finishing his residency at Harvard Medical School, Armand opened a private practice first in Cambridge, MA and then in Concord and Ingrid focused on raising their two children Kimberly and Armand III.
In addition to raising their children Ingrid was very involved in with a wide group of friends in both book clubs and bible studies, both of which she enjoyed immensely. She also spent many years volunteering as a retired nurse in the recovery room at Massachusetts General Hospital. Ingrid and Armand were active members of both Park Street Church in Boston and Memorial Church in Harvard Yard.
Ingrid is survived by her husband Armand, her daughter Kimberly of Wellesley, and son Armand III of San Diego; and her four grandchildren Alexandra, Tyler, Mathew and Katherine as well her great grandson, Brian. She was deeply loved by her family and friends and known for her compassion, her kindness and her wonderful sense of humor.
