James M. Allick age 62 of Andover passed away on January 6, 2021 at Lawrence General Hospital due to complications of COVID-19.
Born on September 30, 1958 in Akron, Ohio he was the son of Dolores (Paler) Allick of Rancho Mirage, CA and the late Harold D. Allick.
Jimmy, as he was affectionately known, was a devoted son, a beloved brother and cherished friend to so many. Hard working, generous, enigmatic and gregarious were just some of his many attributes. Always on the go, he was either working at A.W. Chesterton, Optima Logistics, A-Executive Limousine or managing properties in New Seabury. In his downtime, he enjoyed meeting with friends for dinner or drinks.
Along with his loving mother he is survived by his siblings, Dr. H. David Allick and wife Aileen of Rockville, MD, Christopher Allick and wife Alice of San Francisco, CA, and John Allick and husband Dr. Rod Strober of Palm Desert, CA; his four nieces, two nephews and his beloved cat Josie.
May he rest in peace and be a guardian angel to all of us that survive him.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no services scheduled at this time.
