Manuel "Jack" Kardulas age 96 of Hudson and formerly of Belmont passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in Hudson. He was the husband of the late Mary Helen (Couyou) Kardulas.
Jack was born in Lowell on July 29, 1922 the son of the Evangelos and Evangelie (Stamoulis) Kardulas.
Raised and educated in Cambridge he graduated from Ridge Tech where he played basketball winning several trophies. Jack enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served his country during WWII where he earned a Victory Medal and American Theatre Medal.
Upon his return home he married and settled in Belmont. Jack worked for many years as an equipment mechanic in the sheet metal department for GTE/Sylvania. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends at the Greek American Political Club in Cambridge and gardening.
He is survived by his loving and devoted daughter Deborah Mulcahy and her husband Kevin of Hudson and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Manuel on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 11:00 am in Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 14 Magazine St., Cambridge. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury. U.S. Navy WWII Veteran.
