Phillip E. Ritchie

Phillip E. Ritchie age 57 of Southborough formerly of Shrewsbury and Framingham passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2010.

Born in Framingham on January 26, 1953 he was the son of the late Floyd M. and Frances A. (Howley) Ritchie.

Raised and educated in Framingham, Phillip graduated from Framingham North High School.

Mr. Ritchie was employed for General Motors as a lineman for many years as well as a Project Manager for RC Searles and most recently was in charge of maintenance at the Owen O’Leary’s chain of restaurants.

During his spare time he enjoyed spending time at the ocean, fishing and often traveled to Florida during the winter months to visit lifetime friends.

Survivors include his siblings, William A. Ritchie and his wife Cathy Sutton of Medway, Sandy Shepard of Jupiter, Florida, Patricia Petty and her husband Keith Knapp of Okinawa, Japan, Mark Ritchie of Destin, FL, Robert Ritchie of Homer, Alaska and John B. Ritchie and his wife Perri of Carlisle as well as many nephews and cousins.
