Thomas C. Allen age 61 of Concord passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at his residence. He was the son of the late Donald G. and Charlotte (Jones) Allen. Mr. Allen is survived by his brother Stephen C. Allen and his wife Sigrid Anderson of Arlington, VA.
Services will be private. Interment in Roseland Cemetery, Manchester-by-the-Sea.
